Pre-Litigation Paralegal / Case Manager The candidate will work with the attorneys in the firm in helping our clients navigate through the often-unfamiliar process of having been involved in a car crash or premises liability matter. Duties will include helping the attorneys with intake, handling property damage, gathering medical bills and records, preparing demand packages, and otherwise, under the supervision of an attorney, being responsible for a case through settlement or filing of a lawsuit. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly desired.
