Employment Associate Attorney The candidate will be tasked with the management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement, with the support of a strong staff and advanced automated systems that optimize case efficiency. Working closely with the firm s founder, Michael Jaurigue, to help scale the firm s employment practice, to service the ever-growing number of Californians who have been illegally discriminated against, harassed, unfairly compensated, subjected to the unfair hostile work environment, and/or wrongfully terminated. Must have strong research and writing skills. Highly motivated and self-starter. Must have 2+ years of experience with employment disputes to include wrongful terminations, FEHA claims, PAGA, and wage and hour claims. Deposition experience is strongly desired. Excellent research and writing skills are a must.
