Trademark Attorney Candidate must have JD Degree and 2+ years of experience. Must have a strong academic backgrounds from a well-recognized and respected law school with 2+ years of law firm experience in the areas of domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation; researching relevant case law; trademark portfolio management; trademark clearance searching; due diligence; and trademark and copyright licensing is required.Experience in related areas, such as advertising, social media, Internet law and privacy are a plus. Must be eager to work in small teams in a high-volume, quickly moving practice. Excellent writing skills and client service ethic are a must.
