Legal Secretary Duties: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival to office. Answer, screen, and forward inbound phone calls, return administrative calls as necessary. Provide basic and accurate information both in-person, as well as via phone and email. Ensure office area is kept presentable, maintain adequate office supplies, and monitor inventory. Update calendars, schedule meetings, and perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, as well as prepare outgoing mail and correspondence. Qualifications: High School diploma, additional relevant education or certifications preferred. Experience as a receptionist, front-office representative, or similar role. Experience operating office equipment: printer, fax, scanner, etc. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize tasks. Professional attitude and appearance, solid written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service attitude and the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to operate other software programs in a limited capacity. Bilingual.
