Economic Development Finance Attorney The candidate should possess 3+ years of experience in the practice of construction law with a focus on transactional matters including experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects. Experience with construction litigation is a plus. Should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability and desire to work collaboratively as a member of a team. Must possess strong workload management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments in a fast-paced environment.
