Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Will represent clients in court. Prepare pleadings and other legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transaction. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential. Must have 1-3 years of experience and excellent legal research and writing skills, from a top law school, big or medium firm experience a plus.
