Junior and Senior Civil Litigation Attorneys Candidate will work for Employment Law Firm litigators. Will be: Drafting class certification motions, class-wide settlement agreements, preliminary and final approval motions. Prepare for and attend mediations and depositions. Court appearances. Candidate will have experience primarily handling plaintiff wage-and-hour cases. Must be passionate about helping people with their employment disputes, as well as dedicated to obtaining favorable results for clients and firm. Employment law experience to litigate cases.
