Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will work in conjunction with the attorneys and other paralegals to effectively manage cases while providing superior service to the client at all times. Manage daily case management. Review police reports, supplemental reports, medical records, insurance policies, etc. Prepare settlement distributions and allocations. Enter plaintiff and defendant insurance acknowledgments into CMS. Review and organize medical bills and records. Make follow-up calls to clients as appropriate. Associates Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Paralegal with personal injury experience preferred. Should have experience in legal research. Must possess strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. Must have the ability to handle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
