Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Employment Law The candidate will work directly with senior partner of the employment law firm. Research whistle-blower and other laws, assist the firm's team of attorneys in a variety of discrimination, retaliation, federal false claims, Labor Code class actions and the like. The candidate should have an Associate degree. At least 3 years of related experience is required.
