Mass Torts Staff Attorney - Personal Injury Candidate will assist with personal injury and wrongful death litigation cases in North Carolina and South Carolina. Will be responsible for taking depositions of both fact witnesses and experts, preparing motions and writing briefs. Candidate must have a JD Degree and an active Bar license. Must have experience in taking depositions and writing motions and briefs. The ability to conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and Clerk of Court websites for information on individuals is essential. Must have the ability to read, analyze and interpret instructions, policies and procedures. Comfort with ambiguity, deadlines and ability to work well under pressure will be required. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail are also a must.
