Divorce And Family Law Associate Attorney The candidate will be assisting senior attorneys with existing caseload, will also be fielding calls and signing up new cases while building own caseload from day one. Should have 1-2 years of divorce and family law experience. Strong preference will be given to any candidates who have successfully handled, litigated, or otherwise resolved at least ten divorce or family law matters from start to finish. Should have some experience on the temporary motions docket and be familiar with the local rules of at least one of the counties where the company practice.
