Patent Attorney Duties: Offers a comprehensive suite of IP counseling services including analytics-driven portfolio analysis, licensing negotiations, and freedom to operate analysis. Provides litigation and corporate services ranging from business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and FDA/regulatory counseling. Qualifications: Candidate should have 2+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Greatly prefer Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering backgrounds, but accepting applications from well-qualified candidates with backgrounds in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar science or engineering disciplines. Must have a registration number with the USPTO.
