Administrator and Paralegal The candidate will assist on the creation of new companies to do office administration. Assist in the implementation of Firm-wide document management system. Manage new contacts of the Firm. Process mail. Track employee task and project progress. Help the Firm document and implement procedures. Create and send bills to clients. Answer telephones. Follow-up with prospective and existing clients. Call hosts about setting up speaking engagements. Assist in writing presentations/blogs/articles. Prepare mailings for events. Manage guest lists and other aspects of Firm events. Assist in the Firm's social media plan. Basic bookkeeping. Birthday and Christmas card list maintenance required. Evaluate and help with the implementation of video conference technology. Familiarity with law firms and procedures is a plus.
