Litigation Attorney The candidate will be managing a caseload from start to finish. Drafting, filing, and research. Exceeding clients expectations and returning all calls within one (1) business day. Regular court appearances in Metro Detroit and beyond. Intake Meeting with clients. Must have 1-3 years experience in general litigation (contested hearings, motion practice, discovery and trials). Must have probate litigation experience. Must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow-through. Must have exceptional advocacy and communication skills. Must have ability to multitask and stay focused on the most important and urgent issues.
