Medical Malpractice Defense Paralegal Duties: Organizing, analyzing and summarizing medical records; Medical research and analysis; Deposition summaries; Review medical records and discovery; Research demographics; Preparation of file/exhibits for trial. The candidate must have 3+ years' medical malpractice/personal injury experience, BA/BS degree, or a Paralegal Certificate; PC and Word proficiency required. Experience in organizing doctor s office/hospital charts is preferred. Adobe experience also helpful.
