Paralegal The candidate will join firm that practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Car Accidents and Personal Injury, Business Law, Divorce and Family Law, Estate Planning, Special Needs Guardianships. Will provide overall support to attorneys business needs. Will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Must have previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Should have familiarity with legal research.
