Attorney - Public Finance The candidate will provide effective and practical advice to clients to assist them in promoting their best interests.Will draft, review and prepare financing documents and other transaction documents. Handle various tasks related to a public finance transaction including due diligence, securities law, and tax law compliance. Participate in conferences, public meetings, and in-person meetings with clients. Research and draft memorandum related to local government and general counsel matters. Should have 3+ years of experience in public finance transactions. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are required. Strong organizational and matter management skills are required. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, other firm attorneys, support staff, and outside professionals are required. Must have Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association with an outstanding academic record. Must have admission to the Virginia Bar. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Virginia.
