Staff Attorney Duties : The candidate shall be drafting motions, completing documents, drafting correspondence, completing motion, and making appearances in court. Must be able to multi-task with a strong understanding of being self motivating in a fast paced office. Drafting correspondence, court documents and discovery for clients. Review and analyze contracts. Completion of motions. Making court appearances. Provide constant contact with clients by returning calls, emails, or meeting in person. Duties : The candidate must be a doctorate and an active member of the CA State Bar and able to provide a copy of their CA bar card. Shall have 1 year of legal experience. Should have CA State Bar License.
