Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in preparing and filing Adjustment of Status and other family based applications/petitions; Strong communication skills (able to draft documents, emails, etc. without grammatical errors); Should have Experience in business and employment immigration filings; Should have Experience in working with affidavit of support filings; asylum cases; hardship waivers. Should have Experience in drafting memorandums of law and affidavits pertaining to family based cases and hardship waivers; Should have Experience in communicating with USCIS, DOS and clients regarding immigration matters; should have Familiarity and experience in dealing with notifications, RFE's, NOID's and Appeals with the AAO and BIA and experience in drafting and preparing responses to RFE's and NOID's. Must have ability to speak foreign language (Spanish, Arabic, etc.). Should have Experience using INSZoom.
