Immigration Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will assist in preparing application for filing with EOIR and USCIS, primarily Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and Employment Authorization Applications. Assist in drafting motions, briefs, and various legal documents. Prepare filings for submission with USCIS, EOIR, and other government agencies in accordance with respective standards. Assist clients in compiling and preparing evidence. Draft translations of various legal documents for submission to court. Communicate regularly with client regarding case status. Manage independent case load and ensure all deadlines are met. Maintain internal case management system. Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certification is required. (International degrees will be considered). Should have 1+ years of Immigration law experience. Spanish skills are required.
