Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include litigation case management, preparing discovery, subpoenas and other documents, medical record reviews and summaries, trial preparation, and other related duties as assigned. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience, including trial. Knowledge of State/Federal Court Rules and Procedures is required. Should have proficiency in legal research. Must have experience in drafting discovery (including responses), pleadings, and correspondence. Demonstrated ability to interact at a professional level with clients and attorneys is required.
