Intellectual Property Junior Associate Attorney A candidate with a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field and experience with depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is preferred. Should have 1-3 years of intellectual property experience (2018 to 2020 J.D.). Experience in patent litigation and/or Hatch Waxman is a plus. A strong academic record and strong research, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Must also be licensed and in good standing in the state in which the candidate would practice.
