Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, especially: Defensive asylum applications, I-130s and I-485s, I-601 and I-601A waivers, SIJS. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Maryland or Virginia licensed attorney, or registered to take the Bar exam. Able to manage own docket with limited supervision, managing cases from initiation to completion. Possess strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills required.
