Attorney - Business Litigation The candidate should have litigation experience with a small or medium size firm OR One or two attorneys with an existing complimentary practice, but capacity to take on more work. Should be able to take and defend depositions. Ability to first chair moderate size cases through trial or arbitration is required. Willingness to second chair more complex cases. Should have strong research and writing skills. Must be member of Oregon State Bar (Washington membership a plus).
