Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; demonstrated understanding of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation. Paralegal degree or certificate is needed. NALA Certification or Florida Registered Paralegal a plus. 3-5 years of insurance defense and/or civil litigation experience preferred.
