Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments in response to new client inquiries as well as existing clients. Scanning and copying documents and correspondence. Proof reading correspondence, motions and other documents. Preparation of pleadings, discovery demands, affidavits of service, letters and other documents. Excellent computer skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a plus. Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred. 2+ years' of experience working at a law firm is preferred.
