Intellectual Property / Life Sciences Senior Attorney The candidate should have a deep understanding of the life sciences arena, specifically representing pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies seeking to develop, commercialize and distribute approved pharmaceutical products. Experience drafting and advising companies relating to contracts involving the sale and supply chain channel partners in the post-approval environment. A good understanding and experience of the compliance and regulatory environment advising companies on matters involving the Food Drug & Cosmetic Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the False Claim Act are preferred.
