Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidates will need to be able to multi-task and take initiative in a busy, fast-paced work environment. An ideal position for a seasoned paralegal to apply their experience in an established, growth-oriented law firm. Compensation is commensurate with experience. If interested, please include a writing sample with your application. Should have excellent writing and critical thinking skills; Both Federal and State litigation experience necessary; Should have Civil rights litigation and Appellate experience; At least 5 years of similar paralegal experience preferred; Should have Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and/or Paralegal certificate; Experience managing discovery in complex litigation matters.
