Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Tasks will include: Drafting pleadings, handling discovery, preparing no-fault applications, trial preparation, conducting research to support legal proceedings, assisting with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, and complying with court orders. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Should have 5+ years as a paralegal (Preferably personal injury or related field). Must have familiarity with legal research.
