Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate must have experience, managing pre-litigation staff, managing pre-litigation cases, and performing the following tasks: Conducting pre-litigation mediation; Interacting with adjusters and defense counsel; Negotiating bodily injury claims; and Case management. Pre-litigation attorney with personal injury experience is needed. Experience handling personal injury matters and settlement negotiation is needed. Experience managing pre-litigation staff is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Knowledge of Abacus Law software is preferred.
