Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will Provide paralegal support to the medical malpractice and general liability teams. Retention of Experts Witnesses, document preparation and assisting with Trial Prep. : Must be highly organized, handle pressure well, work well with little supervision and understand the importance of deadlines. Also must know how to relate to people in a variety of situations, be highly trustworthy, discreet, and use good judgment. Good writing/speaking skills imperative. 3+ years of Medical Malpractice Litigation a must. Previous experience as a billable paralegal or legal assistant in Medical Malpractice preferred. Newly graduated college grads welcome to apply.
