Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will order, track, interpret, and summarize medical records and bills related to client treatment. Draft correspondence between insurance companies, claims adjusters, medical providers, and others regarding all aspects of the client's case. Request medpay and determine the validity of Assignments of Benefits asserted by medical providers. Assist clients with handling their property damages claims as necessary. Maintain continuous and direct client contact to ensure each file is kept updated. Assist the attorneys in all other aspects of case management. Must also have a working knowledge of a multi-line phone system and be able to answer incoming telephone calls, direct call traffic to the proper person, and take accurate and complete messages as needed. High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years experience in personal injury setting required. 2 years of paralegal experience- personal injury setting preferred.
