Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and following up on subpoenas and other third-party discovery. Will be summarizing medical records. Drafting form discovery. Preparing motions. Coordinating with experts and scheduling IME's. Summarizing depositions. Social media searches. Billing time using legal/time management software. The candidate should have paralegal certification. Must have 3-5 years of law office experience. Experience in bodily injury and wrongful death matters (e.g., premises liability, trucking, automobile negligence, medical malpractice, etc.) is strongly preferred. The ability to work under a team structure is essential. Constant communication with other administrative staff and attorneys is key. A professional demeanor with clients is a must.
