Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have ability to problem solve and possess the confidence that our clients depend on. Work on: Preparation of Correspondence - to clients, adjusters, opposing counsel and witnesses. Prepare settlement demand letters. Scheduling - Hearings, Depositions, Mediations, Doctor conferences. Experience in Trial Prep (exhibit preparation, coordinate witness appearance at trial, coordinate trial prep conferences with clients and witnesses) is needed. Should have experience in opening files and closing files including disbursement schedules. Must have experience in Medicare/Medicaid compliance issues and medical terminology. Knowledge in Client Profiles a bonus.
