Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle duties that include: Drafting form pleadings and letters, Scanning incoming mail, Preparing discovery, Preparing med chronologies, Speaking with clients and various courts, Occasional runs to the court and Retrieving the mail along with other general office duties. Must have 2+ years of Insurance Defense experience in a law firm. Must be familiar with state courts, rules and procedures. Must be familiar with State Civil Rules, Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
