This New England based firm has a Washington DC post that is notable for its attorneys. Well connected and well credentialed, many these attorneys have held prestigious posts in the federal government. The Washington office remains very much a small, branch office, but has the foundation on which to grow.
Corporate Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with senior lawyers in supporting middle-market businesses. 2+ years of private practice experience in general corporate work. Previous experience with middle market M&A, Transactional and/or Securities experience is strongly preferred. Excellent legal and academic credentials as well as superb research and writing skills; superior verbal/interpersonal communication skills required.
