Part-time Family Law Paralegal The candidate will issue Subpoenas (witness & subpoena duces tecum). Will prepare discovery to send to opposing party. Work with client and prepare answers to discovery requests from opposing party. Prepare exhibits and exhibit lists for trial. Prepare pleadings. Gather information from clients: financial etc. Prepare correspondence to clients and adverse counsel. Take First Time Callers (FTC). Schedule appointments with existing clients and FTC s. Fill in for other staff as needed. Maintain a daily time sheet for billing. Must have 2+ years of litigation experience.
