Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Construction Litigation The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, specifically construction defect litigation. Strong communication and organizational skill is essential. Must be able communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance companies and experts to keep litigation matters on track from the opening of the case file through trial. Must be knowledgeable regarding rules of civil procedure, arbitration/mediation and e-filing. Working knowledge of: Word, Excel, Outlook is essential.
