Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will support the general litigation practice. Support clients in the broad and varied areas of law. Research issues; analyze and draft documents. Under the direction and mentorship of a senior attorney and in collaboration with the Litigation Department Chair, the associate attorney will have significant client interaction along with a great deal of independence and entrepreneurship. Should have 3+years of experience in practicing law. Experience with drafting pleadings and motions. Participating in or handling arbitrations, non-jury and jury trials, and depositions is a plus.
