Entry-level Attorney The candidate will perform duties include: work in a team with paralegals and other administrative staff; Represent clients in administrative proceedings and interviews at the Indianapolis Field Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Should have ability to maintain consistent internal office records such as case notes and task lists. Should be Licensed to practice law in any state in the U.S. or the District of Columbia, OR a law graduate planning to take the bar exam in any state as soon as testing becomes available. Must have authorization to work lawfully in the U.S. Willing to work on-site immediately at our Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters (with ample safety precautions, of course!). Should be results-oriented personality who likes to get things done. Must have interest in working with couples on their immigration cases. Should have excellent professionalism and ability to interact appropriately with clients. Law (Preferred).
