Associate Attorney The candidate's duties include: all aspects of case preparation, preparing for and representing clients at their disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges, and assistance with the oversight and management of non-attorney staff/ Should be a self-motivated, quick learner who enjoys working in a dynamic and busy environment. Must be currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar results. Should have Graduation in the top 30% of class; Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review.
