Immigration Associate Attorney Duties: Responsible for keeping up to date on all legal issues that can impact our clients directly or indirectly. Formulate creative legal strategies within the framework of all governmental and other regulations, laws and related policies, to provide our clients with the best legal advice possible. Draft motions, file cases, prepare briefs and memorandums of law as needed. Conduct legal research as needed. Meet/exceed the company monthly goals. On-going communication with the client and senior attorney regarding cases. Qualifications: JD Degree. 2+ years of experience in business immigration law (Investor Visas, L1A, E Visa, O Visa, H1B, PERM). Bi-lingual (English and Spanish). Ability to problem solve. Ability to work under pressure. Strategic thinker. Demonstrates Leadership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be in direct contact with clients. Empathetic and passionate about work and providing solutions for our clients. Understanding of the Eimmigration (Cerenade) case management software is a plus. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word). Excellent understanding of Google systems (GDrive, Google Calendar, Gmail).
