Associate Attorney The candidate will entail additional responsibilities in other immigration law practice areas such as family-based petitions, naturalization applications, and other related matters. Assist with litigation involving cases in removal proceedings (firm will provide training in litigation/removal defense). Must have 2 years of prior experience in immigration law, ideally, someone who has a basic knowledge of employment-based applications with a Bar License; strong research and writing skills are essential; Foreign language skills are a plus. Must be detail-oriented and who is interested in contributing to a fast-paced immigration law practice; willing to appear at USCIS interviews as needed.
