Temporary Litigation Attorney The candidate must have complex business litigation experience. Will be assigned to a multi-year insurance recovery project involving numerous related matters for a single client. Will be responsible for drafting and tracking coverage correspondence with numerous insurers and claims adjusters; pursuing recoveries under cost share agreements; tracking and reporting recoveries; and assisting with various aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Experience with complex litigation is a must, preferably involving multiple parties and multiple claims. Substantive construction litigation and/or policyholder-side insurance experience is a plus. Must have a Bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials are required. Should be a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
