Title : Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Commercial Real Estate Attorney Candidate will: Represent developers, buyers, borrowers, sellers and lenders on commercial real estate transactions and asset-based loan transactions. Draft necessary documentation for each transaction including, but not limited to, leases, purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, financing documents, deeds, asset purchase agreements, etc. Lead the review, management and preparation of commercial leasing and acquisition documentation. Review Purchase Agreements and due diligence items, review and prepare title objections, survey and environmental reviews and closing documents. Negotiate lease, purchase and loan documentation. Review title commitments and verify compliance. Form companies and draft corporate documents. Effectively organize and maintain client files. Effectively monitor due diligence periods and closing deadlines. Effectively monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly. Interpret laws regarding real estate transactions. Conduct commercial real estate and loan closings. Work directly with a managing paralegal and in a team environment. Must hold a NC law license, NC/SC preferred. 2 years' experience is preferred.
