Litigation Paralegal The candidate must possess strong research skills on Westlaw. Must be able to draft motions, proposed orders, notices of hearing, and submissions for the attorneys. Must be able to schedule and organize depositions. Should assist the attorneys in preparing trial docket sheets, trial binders, motion binders, etc. Should be working with experienced attorneys on a daily basis.
