Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets and Finance Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years of corporate, capital markets, and finance transactional and counseling experience. Should preferably have experience in a wide variety of transactions, including one or more of the following areas: mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, representing borrowers and lenders in commercial financings or counseling clients with respect to securities reporting requirements, corporate governance matters and public and private offerings. Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing/drafting skills.
