Staff Attorney - Insurance Defense Litigation The candidate must have 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, specifically experience with No-Fault Insurance/PIP (Personal Injury Protection Insurance). Excellent litigation skills, including experience litigating throughout the New York City court system. Strong research, writing, communication and case file management skills. Experience managing a high volume case load from inception through settlement and produce reports and file analysis. Other requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
