Temporary Litigation - Associate Attorney The candidate will dig deep into discovery, evidence, depositions, and legal issues. Research and write Motions, Case Strategy Reports. Observe/assist/lead in depositions, hearings, trials based upon the skill level and proven success. Participate in mediations and negotiate settlements. Estimate and track litigation budgets/results. Career development opportunities to co-author legal seminar articles and presentations. Visibility and contact with clients and participation in client development activities. Initiate on-site to ensure work products are high quality and on track with client/case requirements. Should have 2+ years of Litigation experience. Should preferably have 2-10 years of litigation experience with performance history of dedication and successful results. License with State Bar of Texas is required.
