Entry-Level Paralegal The candidate will be providing general administrative support, primarily for attorneys within the trademark group. Will be scheduling, filing, tracking of applications and deadlines. Organizing and maintaining trademark prosecution and maintenance dockets Corresponding with clients by answering phones and responding to emails regarding order status, the trademark prosecution process and new client intake. Other tasks and duties as requested. Should have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Experience with AppColl and trademark docketing is a plus.
